Congressman Andy Harris

Andy Harris was first elected into office in 2010, he represents Maryland’s 1st congressional district. Congressman Harris serves as Chairman of the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and related agencies subcommittee on Appropriations.

Congressman Haris received a Friend of Farm Bureau Award in the 115th Congress. The Congressman received the Friend of Farm Bureau Award three times previously during the 112th, 113th, and 114th Congressional Terms. This will be his fourth consecutive Congressional term receiving the award.

Andy Harris is married to his wife Cookie and is a father to 5 and a stepfather to 1.
