Laura Nakanelua is in her first term as National Committeewoman, representing the state of Hawaii on the Republican National Committee.
Laura is an alumnus of UNC and works as a Senior Sales & Marketing Account Manager.
Since being elected National Committeewoman in 2020, Laura has served on the following committees: RNC Rules Committee, RNC Temporary Committee on Grassroots, RNC Election Integrity Committee, RNC Faith Advisory Board. She was recently elected by the members of the RNC Western Region to represent them on the RNC Members Disputes Committee.
At home in the Aloha state, Laura was elected as a Precinct President, is a Senior Advisor for Hawaii Young Republicans, a Founding Member and Vice Chair of Moms for Liberty Honolulu Chapter, Club President of Hawaii Federation of Republican Women, Windward Chapter and serves on the Hawaii Republican Party Platform and Rules committees. She is also sits on the Board of Governors of Republicans Overseas.
